We undertake noise impact assessments and noise mitigation schemes in accordance with the requirements of Planning Policy Guidance Notes PPG24 for new build residential development sites and industrial/commercial noise effecting residential areas.

We also undertake independent noise impact assessments in accordance with BS 4142 to measure if a Statutory Nuisance exists, as defined by the Environmental Protection Act 1990 s80 or is likely to give rise to noise nuisance.
